ServiceTitan helps us stay on top of everything by tracking metrics, phone calls, sales, invoices, and more It also tracks the areas where you can make improvements and how efficient the software is in helping you reach your goals.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish there is a dedicated area for notifications that comes from customers and for conversations once they replied to the messages. Those dispatch notifications on the side look unpleasant and distracting for me.

ServiceTitan helps solve our problems in scheduling services and managing our time. It stores all our invoices and manifests areas that need improvements and how many tickets are available for each service tech.
