PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the features included in ServiceTitan. It has an excellent scheduling tool combined with CRM to easily serve our customers, retain them, and make more sales out of it. We will never miss any service schedules with ServiceTitan.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I experienced some struggle when we are implementing ServiceTitan to the company since we already have a large customer base. But once everything is set, things run smoothly and efficiently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software brings in two powerful programs for our HVAC company—scheduling and CRM. Having these two amazing features let our technicians see what comfort systems are currently working on in a building, their conditions, and their due dates for services. Customer care departments can even figure out the services needed by customers. The technicians can also determine the issues so they’ll know what materials to bring before leaving the headquarters. It saves our customers and us a lot of time.
