I appreciate that the software is easy to use and has responsive customer service. It also comes with an easy-to-use app that we can use to update invoices, run credit cards, collect payments, and more at any time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I encountered issues in syncing data using the desktop version. But the mobile app got us covered when we’re facing this problem.

With ServiceTitan, we can stay on top of tracking the jobs and invoices. It worked much better compared to the previous software we used.
