What are the best aspects of this product?
The ease of use allows us to do a lot of essential tasks with ServiceTitan, including tracking our service pros, input new customer’s data, and take old customer’s files.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You have to go over a lot of processes before finishing the job booking. Also, it doesn’t have an end time, which is really a time-consuming process when I need to go back to the scheduled job and make some changes in it to make it even longer.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With ServiceTitan, we can manage our bookings and financials in the company. Its dispatch board also helps us track our service techs. Most importantly, we use ServiceTitan to store customer data.
