What are the best aspects of this product?
What I appreciate most about ServiceTitan is the customization functionality so we can easily reach our goals. We can work on several things according to our preferences, from reporting and adding user permissions to creating our own price book and many more.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Rescheduling appointments is a bit challenging. When I do it, the time interval only goes by a minute, which is supposed to be five minutes or more. Sometimes, the bubbles for calls disappear, and they can’t be classified accordingly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ServiceTitan makes things much easier for us. When one of our customers make a call, the phone number is connected directly to a particular account, making it easier for both parties to recognize who they are talking to. It helps us easily schedule services for our customers without any delays and problems.
