What are the best aspects of this product?

No need to worry about losing any essential records because we now store them using Service Trade. One glance at their records, and we can quickly determine what problems they have and how to fix them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This app has made a significant contribution to turning around our customer experience from five to ten. We were able to address their complaints and help ease their frustration.

Helping other people with their issues is being done calmly and systematically. CSAT scores have improved so much since we started consistently using Service Trade.
