PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a customer, it's hard to find a company that can support you with all your needs on a day to day basis better than Service Trade. I am happy that we decided to migrate to this tool to help automate things to serve people better. Working with the team from Service Trade has always been a wonderful experience for me. They have always been attentive to our concerns. They give us free training on how to familiarize ourselves with the product. Without Service Trade, then we could have stuck in our old ways.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We wish that they could add an autosave feature to save our work when we get interrupted by other concerns. This happened to me several times, and it's frustrating to start from scratch.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We get to use this platform very often to help us make our jobs easier. We don't have to browse paper files and work on excel to book an appointment and fill out customer info sheets. Using this tool is considered a necessity to keep our business the way we expect it to be.
