What are the best aspects of this product?
Our business needs to gain more clients for us to expand in the future. For this to happen, we need to find ways to become competitive and deliver better and faster services to our clients. Thankfully we found out about ServiceTrade, and it changed our lives tremendously. This software's primary purpose is to keep our items and appointments well organized to ensure that our workforce would cater to all of our client's needs within a specific period.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find this app pretty amusing because, overall, it exceeds my expectations by delivering quality work to our clients. But if you would ask me if there is something that I don't like about the app itself, then I think it would be the adjustment period. You see, at first glance, the app looks simple to use, but once you start to explore each tab, things can get more complicated. The good thing is that the company offers free training to employees and there are many learning materials that we could watch in our spare time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before shifting to ServiceTrade, we are used to doing our business the traditional way. Meaning we keep customer records in filing cabinets. We use logbooks to set appointments. We file index cards for our suppliers' contact information. I can't believe how our competitors already leave behind our company in terms of technology and innovation. Since my partners are also not tech-savvy, most of us were hesitant to make a significant move by trying ServiceTrade. One of our employees told us that it would not hurt to see how things will work for us. There was a free trial, so we decided to take advantage of the software, and it was a real eye-opener for everyone. It made us realize that technology indeed plays a significant role in business development and improved customer service. We were able to book more home appointments, deal with suppliers faster, and efficiently solve problems. With the help of Service Trade, we are confident that we can gain more clients in the following months to contribute significantly to our company expansion.
