What are the best aspects of this product?

Daily tasks are now being completed on time. There are no more worries about backlogs, which is one of the reasons that slows us down.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Challenges in terms of billing our clients can be quite cumbersome. So I'm hoping to see some positive changes moving forward.
