PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Has quite a bit of potential and cheap but really not worth the trouble. It creates more work for you which defeats the purpose.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reporting is not accurate. The inventory process by design is flawed causing unnecessary adjustment and overall very buggy.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The concept is in place. They just can\'t get it to work as advertised.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Only Ticket management and routing. Financials are not accurate, inventory is not accurate and reporting, in general, is not accurate.
