What are the best aspects of this product?

It is mobile supported which makes it easy for me to access my files on the move with the help of my iPhone. The customer support is top-notch. When I have issues on how to use the tool, the team provides instant help through the webcam. It is easy, I can access files at any time even when I am without power and I can share files with the help of a link. The setup is also awesome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although there is not much to point out as being bad with the tool, the settings part can be disappointing, when you want to change them. Also, when you open a document shared by a client, it does not prevent others from editing it at the same time. This can be confusing. It should provide a feature that allows one to edit the document at a time. It would be better I it indicated the date when you uploaded the email and the date of the email.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now access my files in the ShareFile on the go whenever I want. It provides a platform on which many people can review and edit a file with ease. We are able to give our contributions on the monthly reports we come up with through sharing of files and reviewing in real-time.
