What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a great user experience for both of our employees and client. We can send files across state and country border lines to our clients with ease. Apart from that, they can also share files and documents with us for the purpose of processing them. This saves on the cost of making phone calls and sending emails to ask for those files. We can send or share files to specific clients and they can access them at any time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A while back, the system was slow when it came to loading the files and documents. However, this has become a thing of the past as the issue has since been addressed. Other than that, I do not find anything negative with ShareFile.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our clients are now able to send sensitive files across a secure platform in the form of links or share them on our platform. We can now improve customer experience as the files can reach us in real-time and thus a quick feedback on the same.
