When you compare with other systems that offer the similar service, ShareFile is far much better. It offers no delays when it comes to sharing files with customers and clients. Unlike other tools, you get value for money. You get to save on time and it never goes down or crashes. You get to perform your duties n uninterrupted manner. It is simple to use and offers reliable admin features that allow you to securely send files through email.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the desktop sync tool offers a drag and drop feature for files when you want to move them from one folder to the next, the web version of the tool does not offer this feature. You have to upload the file again and select the folder you want it to go. It thus takes a lot of time as there are no shortcuts. It would be better if this feature was in place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Even though ShareFile is pricy when you compare with our previous system, it offers the best services and has value for money. Since we switched to this tool, we are now able to meet deadlines and accomplish our objectives with minimum effort. Our clients can easily download or upload files while they share them on the same platform.
