I have tried other share file solutions but ShareFile is second to none

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have used ShareFile long ago and I switched to less expensive tool in order to save some money but this was the worst decision I have ever made in my entire career. I came back to ShareFile 3 weeks ago and I’m happy to say that we get our work done in less time with no frustration at all. We can share files with our clients and we don’t have to worry whether the system will crash. The tool is extra intuitive and all its functions are straightforward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see drag-and-drop feature to move files around when we use the solution on the web. There is drag and drop feature on desktop app or Drive Mapper tool but it is not available on the web so we have to select file and then select move from menu.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is worth the price, it helps us to accomplish much more work in less time and our clients can easily download or upload documents and share secure files around.
