What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is easy to use and extremely intuitive. You can plug-in for your email and then all your work is done in less time.It secures the attachments immediately without prompting. Also, you can easily send documents in a secure way. The recipients don’t have to use few steps in order to download the files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It works perfectly for me, I don’t have dislikes about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work in a company that majority of files need to be secure we can choose how securely we’d like to send something and we can even use password in order to protect the documents. It allows us to put various levels of security.
