What are the best aspects of this product?

It offers what most systems of similar kind do not offer. It is compatible with both the PC and mobile gadgets. This means that you can access the files stored or shared on the platform from home, office or on the move on your phone. You can also share the same platform with your clients from outside the workplace. The encryption sharing and sending of files allows you to securely send and receive large files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the tool offers a secure network, when I am using a public network such in a coffee shop, it can be disturbing. I find it hard to access my files on ShareFile due to the issues of security on a public network.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It eliminates the need to send files to your colleague via email only for them to send them back with a few changes. All this is made possible by the ShareFile where we can share a file and review or edit it at the same time. The system synchronizes the changes either of us makes, which is helpful on our part.
