What are the best aspects of this product?
It is a great collaborative tool that helps us to execute our duties with ease. We can share drawings and other documents with our consultants, contractors and clients in general. We can send files larger than 10Mb which was not possible with other similar tools, especially over the email. Also, its integration with Outlook allows us to directly send and receive large files in the form of emails to and from our clients and consultants.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When it comes to accounting for the cost of the tool in terms of subscriptions, it can be hectic as they only accept payments in USD. This is due to fluctuations of the currency which disadvantages those whose local currency is not the USD. It would be better if they could accept local currencies for ease of forecasts in terms of budgets.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are now able to collaborate with clients and consultants through sharing of documents. It makes sending of large files via email easier due to the Outlook integration. Our employees and clients find it easy to use, which is a plus.
