What are the best aspects of this product?

It has provided a great virtual avenue through which my clients and I can share files without having to meet. My clients can now scan receipts, spreadsheets, bank statements and other tax forms and share or send them to me in real-time. We can even go through file or documents at the same time without being in the same room. The drag and drop feature for the desktop version of the tool makes everything look easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not possible to modify a folder using labels. When you try to use different characters for different folders it gives you problems. The desktop version needs to offer options for password protection to prevent unauthorized access to your documents or files. The PrintToShareFile has grave issues in terms of its role.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped to save on time, money to print the docs and the cost of traveling to submit documents and files to clients. In short it has brought a sigh of relief for work issues. I do not have to move around delivering documents to clients or even when they are not available I can just scan and send the files in an instant.
