What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a great storage tool which is secure and convenient. I can share files with my colleagues and retrieve them with ease whenever i want. It is simple to use and offers a great experience on my part and that of the recipient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool is great in terms of usage and functionality. I can use it with my finder and get the best experience. However, when I open my PC, the sync version does not perform on its own. It requires me to tap re-sync first so that it can function. This is the only drawback I experienced with the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Initially, we had a problem of storage of files from a single location for ease of organization. ShareFile has brought a solution to this as we can store those files in one location. Apart from that, it provides back-up feature for our files, which is easy to transfer to our new computers. This saves time as you do not have to transfer one file at a time.
