It is not only easy to use, but also provides the ultimate file sharing and sending functionality. You can send large files across emails without limit. For emails, they will have a limit above which you cannot send files larger than that. For ShareFile, it provides an attachment, which connects with your email to send large files. The files are also secure since the tool provides security for sensitive files. You can also know in the form of notification when your client opens the file you sent

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

On our end, there is no problem at all in the use of the tool. However, our clients have experienced problems in the past when it came to accessing the file we send through ShareFile. It may be because they are not tech savvy. This can be time consuming as I am forced to take them through the entire process of how to access that file.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Security was a problem for us in the past. Luckily, with ShareFile, we can put that worry to bed. We can now send files on a secure network, which gives us the satisfaction we need. Apart from that, we are able to send large files to our clients with ease.
