What are the best aspects of this product?

The storage eater is awesome. It not only provides unlimited storage space for your files, videos, documents and audios, it has an unlimited bandwidth. You can customize the tool to suit the needs of your business or website. You can include your business branding, change colors and add URLs for your liking. It has a simple way through which you can send and receive files to and from clients. The developers of ShareFile are also on it to upgrade the current features based on the needs of the users, as they have done over the years with upgrading to unlimited storage.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The programs of the desktop version of the tool are heavy, which can slow the process of saving files. Also, for Mac users, the tool works well but this cannot be said for PC users. Most of my clients are limited by their ISPs on the number of files they can download or upload on a monthly basis, which can be frustrating. However, this is not a problem of ShareFile to deal with.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since we deal with legal services, we can send and share large documents and files to our clients. Be it video files or exhibits, we can achieve that with ease. For our clients, they can access the files in a single location from their mobile devices or PCs over the internet.
