Why did you decide to change it?

I was advised by our IT dept that this could be a good solution

Are you satisfied with the change?

For the use of the product YES it did what we were told it would do. For the results after we terminated use and had the access removed from our computers has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. Accused of not canceling when a SHAREFILE rep removed this from all of our computers as he confirmed with us our intent to not renew. 3 months later new billing appears and 2 seperate calls and 3 emails basically wasting time and calling me a liar that the account was not closed until today 10/16/18???
