What are the best aspects of this product?

It offers many options on how you can use it. The web and app version makes it easy for one to use the tool. It is like using my documents feature on the PC. You can share documents across a secure network and synchronize them with ease. It also integrates well with software applications such as Redtail CRM which is a plus for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has so much to offer that I find it difficult to spot anything negative about the tool. However, it can improve in some areas. First I should be able to verify that my clients are using the tool in the right way. Also, it should be able to indicate that the storage feature is approved by FINRA.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now store our documents in a secure storage unit with ShareFile. The sharing feature allows us to share files with our clients with ease. Apart from that, we can send large files and organize our documents for easy retrieval.
