What are the best aspects of this product?

I started using this tool for sending one-off files through a link, but our team needed a way to send me video files so I can edit them and send them back. In our experience, creating a shared folder has never been easier, it allows us to create subfolders and to organize files after the uploads. Also, it notifies me when other users have uploaded or downloaded files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I have to double-check the expiration dates and I don’t like that those dates are set up by my organization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The process of sending huge video files back and forth has never been easier and I prefer ShareFile over some old fashion discs. I can download files, edit them and send them back in less time. Also, it allows us to send documents amon clients, team members and other parties.
