What are the best aspects of this product?

ShareFiles offers everything you need starting from control over users and their activities regarding your files, ability to use it on all devices from Pc to desktop app to mobile devices. The system is easy to set up and easy to administarte. I’m able to copy authorization from an user to another and I get immediate notification when the files are downloaded so there is no place for lies and mistakes. In my opinion, this is more advanced solution than any free solution out there. It doesn’t require too much training because it is extremely easy and you can start using it right away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could implement various customizaion per project. There is not much to dislike about this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve problems with centralize the information and to keep track of files and those who access the documents. It saves us lot of time when it comes to tracking the access of documents.
