This is wonderful solution for sending and receiving files in a secure way

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I’m able to send a link for another party to upoad a file. Lot of my co-workers ar eusing this feature because they are not tech savvy when it comes to uploading and sharing files. I feel like the sharing process is securely and safe process. It offers lot of options on how you want to share files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface looks complex and complicated especially when I want to find where to send and receive files and other tools. It would be helpful if they could provide step by step walk-through when you initially set up the account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the best benefits I have with this tool are the safely and securely sending personal information and files with others. We also use it to back up all the files on our computer.
