Everything works great with SharePoint

What are the best aspects of this product?

SharePoint is a full management system that provides with workflow and automation, records, insights and analytics management, user profiles, rich content contribution, document sharing and management, announcements and the list can go on and on. Also, we use site template features, calendar, surveys and tasks. What I like most is the support from Microsoft team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can find a lot of limitations when it comes to branding and designs, you cannot change the layout easily, the system doesn’t have full support on mobile, and you can run into difficulties if you have a lot of customization or implementation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When we started using this software we improved the collaboration between our employees, version control and data management, we can easily publish announcements and contents, great integration with LOB systems. We can have an up and running deployment, finding solutions.
