Great platform for sharing and storing data

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sharepoint is great tool to story all documentation and produce great working space. We use this system for sharing and keeping data, also we use the calendar and wiki features as well. This is a product from Microsoft and offers great integrations with other Microsoft software, like Office. The good thing is that SP keeps track of the edit documents in a shared folder.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had some issues with the documentation on SharePoint, because they cannot be edited by different people at once. Also, this program seems to work only with Internet Explorer, everyone in our office is using Chrome and we are frustrated when we need to use IE for this one reason.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SP provides us with document sharing, knowledge wikis and company calendar options. The system is great for everyone, because they can have an access to all documentation in real time from anywhere.
