I have some issues when using from Mac but it works great

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sharepoint is faster than other traditional servers. We have an easy access to all documentations. We are allowed to preview the files and documents without opening them in an editable format. Great thing is that I can access the data from anywhere, and I know that everything is securely stored and accessible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t know why but I am limited in using the SharePoint from my Mac. I cannot access the data like from a regular server, so I need to log in vie Microsoft 365 online and go through TeamSites. It’s time-wasting, because I need to edit a lot of files and then re-uploading the files online.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are two different offices and SharePoint makes our work much easier. We have all the documentations and archives from old servers, we transferred everything into new cloud folders, we save same files in a reliable manner. Works great for everyone in our offices.
