What are the best aspects of this product?

Microsoft is definitely number one tool for every kind of business. I love the new Sharepoint version. I can clearly say that the software is improved, updated and there are lot of useful features. It’s great tool for organizing and keeping track of all our documentation and staff management solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The screens are all similar and we could easily make mistakes when it comes to setting up permission, lose column or preview the data. They could make this navigation more easy to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use the system for storing data, versioning files, creating service desk requests. We can easily develop master pages and even branding. Sharepoint meets our needs, and we don’t need to waste time on sharing folders via file servers anymore.
