What are the best aspects of this product?

By using SP we create easy access to all users, this makes better and easier collaboration on projects and this is great when your team members is located all around the world. It allows you to keep track of the edited files, even if you are outside partner you are able to keep track of everything that is done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Last time when I tried to update some Excel files on SP the formulas in the spreadsheets where changed to the network file locations instead of the proper locations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to collaborate on various projects and files even with those who do not work in our company. Thanks to the remote access the users can work on the same project in real time.
