What are the best aspects of this product?

Sharepoint provides many options. I work for a big company and we have a tons of work on SP. The software works great for us and we maximize its capabilities. We love the option to share the work with others and we can even choose how we want to share the file. Some members can only view the documents while others can work on changes and updates on the documents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To tell the truth, the software can be a little overwhelming, but if you use it on a daily basis you will see the effectiveness of the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sharepoint helps me to be more organized, collaborative and I can share my work with others.
