User-friendly and intuitive tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this software has intuitive and understandable user interface. It is well-configured. I personally like the folder-structure feature. I like that it has access rules and controls add to the security of the documentation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app may get slow. They could add some archive features. The search engine needs improvements because if you don’t know the exact name of the document then it can be hard to find it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like that all documents are in one place. The benefits are with track requests and internal WIKI. It helps us to reduce the usage of attaching large files within emails.
