What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it reduces the physical distances between the employees, users and teams. They can easily collaborate with each other and this means that they can be more productive. I like that we are allowed to manage the documents and to combine the existing business management software with this one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My first experience with this tool is its complexity, it can be really overwhelming at the beginning. Also, the tool is not as intuitive when using via mobile device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to share files between departments and to work on same projects.
