What are the best aspects of this product?

You can easily see where your content is. Share point allows you to attach photos to press releases, and the good thing about this software is that you have everything in one place whether it is for reviews or approvals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hate to say this, but the program has a lot of bugs, it crashes a lot, sometimes doesn’t save changes so I have to start from beginning. There are old file information and when I want to upload the files are automatically imported.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use sharepoint to route marketing content for approvals, also we don’t need papers to print every piece of information, we can share/send emails and we can see where the information is. We can even keep track of who’s looking at the documents.
