PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

SharpSpring is easy to use and it can be used by everyone even by those who are not tech savvy. As content writer and client manager I really like working with SharpSpring because I can send automate emails and manage our leads. It is extremely easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some features that need update, but the team behind this tool constantly improves the UI and they always take our feedback into consideration. Also, I like “Back” option within email function instead of navigating it back from the menu bar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to track information for our clients and I’m using it to onboard new clients and track our leads. When we sign new client all we have to do is to send them an email with next steps for their onboarding process and with this option we have saved lot of time.
