What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use even for a beginner. The tools and resources available will help you get around the basic of the tool. If you are new, it has the right training to help you understand how different features work for your automation and marketing needs. You can read articles on the site to help you learn more about the product and how well you can utilize it for your marketing needs. The support team is also standby if you encounter issues in the process of managing your campaigns. Every Friday there is a live webinar, which entails live training for you to familiarize yourself with the old and new features SharpSpring has to offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool is limited in term of the language it accepts, which is English. In our case, we have Dutch clients and some questions they ask come in Dutch, which makes it difficult on our end. If it is possible, SharpSpring can accept multiple languages to help solve such an issue. Also, it is impossible to add multiple addresses to a single contact. Having multiple addresses attached to one contact can help improve our marketing efforts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has increased visibility to our site. With a tool that is able to identify what visitors are doing on our site and where they have gone, it makes it easy to plan for marketing campaigns. We are able to know, which content our visitors read and optimize it to drive more traffic. With SharpSpring, we can analyze the behavior of our prospects and customers in-depth and know their preferences without having to meet them. This has made us more productive and organized in our campaigns and business in general. It eliminates all guess work as we can plan ahead since we already have the data we need to launch a campaign.
