What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the team behind SharpSpring constantly improves the software and they always release features that are suitable for our business. I like its email marketing automation feature and lead tracking. The price is affordable and customer support is second to none. Also, the other thing that I like most about this tool is the ability to improve, they work hard so we can have great experience with this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes about it, I’m very satisfied with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can track our reps activity and this doesn’t take much time. Also, there is Visitor ID function and we can teach our reps to track active visitors on their website.
