What are the best aspects of this product?

The UI is clean and professional and it offers great features that are suitable for our businesses and we can easily complete perfect marketing automation system at affordable price, and this makes the product very attractive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it can be buggy especially when it comes to Landing Page builder. In fact, I don’t have dislikes about it, but sometimes it can be frustrating when doesn’t work as it should be for e.g. emails doesn’t render properly for mobile device. Also, the niggles with the system can make the whole experience uncomfortable when selling the product to the client, but fortunatelly, SharpSpring’s team is aware of this problem and they work on the product’s improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve SME’s digital footprint by making them professional online and mopre dynamic, and this is great for website, advertising, social media, landing pages and email.
