What are the best aspects of this product?

It is all we could ask for in a marketing automation tool. Its CMR and ESP are intuitive which helps you to manage your leads with ease. The functionalities of the product, makes it a world class automation tool. You can segment your contact list with ease and send specific messages to a group of your customers or prospects. When it comes to creating workflows, SharpSpring does it all and in the best way. You can include all details about a lead from the first time he or she visited your website to today on the contact manager. This helps you to manage the lead based on their activities on your website and that counts for tailored marketing. Also, with the open API we have done a lot for our clients, which is a plus.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not all roses in SharpSpring. They also have some few bugs that debugging. I experienced problems when sending emails. It is not as reliable as it should be. There were also some other glitches with their core features which was frustrating. I think that they have ignored some of their core functionalities to focus more on scaling. It would be better if they put more emphasis in the functionality of their main features to help users get the most out of the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As an agency, our clients can understand their customers well and decide on the best marketing strategy to adopt. This tool complements their marketing efforts while it increases conversion and thereby improving sales. Our clients are able to nurture leads from the time they visitor the website to when they convert to sales. This way, they are able to know how much cost per lead is there and determine the return on investment (ROI) on the same. By monitoring the entire honey of a lead, our clients can devise better and more result-oriented strategies that better satisfy the needs of that lead.
