What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this tool is highly customizable and I can customize almost anything, starting from custom fields, custom triggers to custom filters. It offers flexibility and this is highly essential for our business and plans we have for improvement and growth of our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to draw out more reports that are based on custom fields and to customize the stages of a lead so we can pull a report that is based on that information. Right now, I’m able to get that data in CSV files and to manipulate it, but this takes some additional steps and time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company is spread in different locations and I can generate lists for each location so I can allow them to get accurate view of their leads. We can see where our leads come from, attribute them to campaigns through automation and get real cost per lead. We are able to tailor both email interactions and personal interactions.
