What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about this platform is the fact that it provides professional tools that are great for marketing agencies. The paltform’s workflows and campaign tools help me to have my landing page builder and email automation into same app. It is affordable solution and it costs less then Hubspot.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes I have to wait for a while so I can get the feature I need but this is not dislike, they constantly work on the product’s improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using CRM so I can gather customer’s data from marketing/recruiting and facebook ads, landing and website pages. I managed to integrate chat apps, fcb msn and text messages into SharpSpring and this is great for launching email campaigns. Also, it allows me to export contacts from CRM And to load them into Facebook so I can build my audience and this combination is powerful.
