PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a platform, I appreciated how user-friendly this was and how I didn't have to contend with a steep learning curve. I also appreciated that the design was functional and simple. Another thing that I like is how this web-based system made it easy to organize, administer, and manage massage centers, beauty salons, and spas. I was also impressed by the features available for rental booths, point of sale, appointment scheduling, customer database and payroll management, and inventory control. All of these things have made this a really powerful tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I know that this software is really well-known and that it is held in high regard in the industry, but I think improvements can still be made. One glaring thing that they should really have by now is a mobile application. Having that would make reaching out with customers pretty much easier and effective.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been using this for several years now, and I have to say that our work methods have really improved and become dynamic and fully automated. Thanks to this software, we've really been able to stay on top of a lot of aspects of the business, such as employee management, point of sale, and billing. We've been able to minimize the effects of some of the negatives in our business, and we're definitely going to continue using this software. We are very happy with it.
