Shedul Review

PROS: As a platform, I appreciated how user-friendly this was and how I didn't have to contend with a steep learning curve. I also appreciated that the design was functional and simple. Another thing that I like is how this web-based system made it easy to organize, administer, and manage massage centers, beauty salons, and spas. I was also impressed by the features available for rental booths, point of sale, appointment scheduling, customer database and payroll management, and inventory control. All of these things have made this a really powerful tool.

CONS: I know that this software is really well-known and that it is held in high regard in the industry, but I think improvements can still be made. One glaring thing that they should really have by now is a mobile application. Having that would make reaching out with customers pretty much easier and effective.

PROS: I am most happy how Schedul manages my salon. I used it to track and manage bookings of all my stylists, it's very handy. It is not only an advantage for the appointments, but I've also incorporated my salon product inventory here, so much as to make work even lighter to handle.

CONS: Making the whole booking system fail-proof is something I want to see in a future version of this software. I've had several occasions where clients' booked their appointments but the system failed to capture those.

PROS: It's true that there are other similar systems online that offer the same service, but what I like about this one is the fact that it is free. I like that this makes it easy for my clients to book an appointment online and that it makes it easy for me to send customers thank you emails and reminder texts. All of these really made me decide on using this for my business.

CONS: It would be so great if there's a mobile app for this. That way it'll be easier to access it, do instant booking anywhere at any time.

PROS: It's so simple and easy to follow, one need not refer to any guides or tutorials on how to use it. I most appreciate the convenience of reaching out to old and new clients simply by embedding the link to our Facebook page and website. And most of all, it's free.

CONS: I think they could make the calendar even more user-friendly. If they add a feature that allows me to block time out simply by holding down a time slot that would be great. It would make the process faster if I didn't have to press the "Add New" button.
