PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

For one user it is FREE! I have also gone back and forth with the owner many times with questions etc, and it has always been timely and effective. Highly recommend it! Clean interface, clients like the dashboard and interface, reporting is excellent, and can't beat the price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not found anything that is something that needs to work better yet...

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Ability to customize reports to email directly to clients. Current "customized reports" instructions are outdated and vendor (not Sherpadesk) will only engage if you commit to 8 hours of billable time to help with report design.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was using 3 different products to track time, tickets, and client portal. Now all this is in one and I was able to stop my subscriptions.
