PROS: ShipHero is very easy to learn and use for different processes in our business. Syncing it with Shopify is seamless, thus the two platforms work smoothly for us. PROS: ShipHero is the perfect partner that any 3PL and fulfillment company needs to move towards big success. It has a convenient integration process with professional support along the way. The available API is also great because it works well with shipping services in our nationwide area. Moreover, managing customer processes has become easier for us. The billing processes are adaptable enough because customers can select a choice that fits their needs and preferences. It also lets me offer them a service wherein they can easily invoice their clients. In addition, it is easier for them to make orders and send the packages directly to the sellers. ShipHero also has a dependable inventory management system that is capable of handling bulk orders. That’s why both my English and non-English speaking customers use it to manage their orders. After all, they can conveniently run manual inventory on ShipHero, or with the use of intuitive plugins. Another feature we love about this platform is its reporting and logging functionalities. It makes monitoring of inventory and orders super easy since all changes are recorded accordingly. ShipHero also carries a handy picking and packing system. This makes the process super convenient, as you can select a preferable picking process at a given moment. Choose between picking through order priority or shelf number. It is complemented with a useful picker app for iOS that the staff can use for the job. Noticeably, ShipHero carries a lot of different functions to cover almost all processes in a 3PL and fulfillment business. We have used many other alternatives available, but nothing can match the excellence that ShipHero offers. This is really the platform you need for 3PL and fulfillment success!
CONS: ShipHero doesn’t feature a management tool for cash on delivery orders. It doesn’t even carry a reporting feature for COD. This pushes us to find some other solution to make a selection of COD and non-COD orders for our clients. We also want a shipment status indicator in the reports. Something that can inform us if a shipment has been completed, if it’s still on the way, or if it has failed.

PROS: Login is seamless and you can easily access different options from the main menu. This goes for the desktop and mobile UI because they are both convenient to use. The platform also seamlessly connects with Shopify; meaning, I can work on different things on either of the two tools efficiently. Think of editing the product listing as well as implementing changes. ShipHero carries a useful and flexible reporting system as well, wherein you can instantly export different stuff you see on the screen.
CONS: I’ve noticed a resolution problem with the UI on a 13-inch laptop. That’s why I hope that I can pull the resolution down to the right percentage depending on what device I’m using. The UI isn’t compatible with some browsers too, since it shows some misalignment with the columns. This makes its use somehow difficult in such instances. As a solution, the headers for the columns shouldn’t move when the window is scrolled down through the rows. This should help a user easily determine what each specific number indicates.

PROS: It’s wonderful! We’ve got a warehouse solution that doesn’t demand us to use any physical paper documents. This makes different processes more efficient, and it supports us being eco-friendly as well.
CONS: A visual screen output that we can place on the wall for all staff to see would be great. That would help in informing or guiding our staff about active orders, which among our customers are waiting for their orders and a general walkthrough for different processes among others.

PROS: ShipHero is a complete solution for managing inventories and shipping in our business. Its UI shows complete info of all the items we handle, such as the products that are on the line for shipping, items that are temporarily on hold, orders that are terminated, as well as orders that are taking too much time. The tool also features a set of useful options for tweaking inventories; including a useful tracking code system. Moreover, ShipHero works seamlessly with Shopify, and we’ve noticed that the two simultaneously reflect each other on an almost real-time basis. ShipHero also has efficient automated user support, but you can still talk with reliable and friendly staff when needed.
CONS: Shopify is speedy when connecting with ShipHero. As a result, we often encounter wrong or duplicated details now and then. We also experience difficulties when adding new items on the tool; although, it provides us with plenty of options for editing. Noticeably, each new update of ShipHero automatically deems older versions as useless, which is causing some problems when printing some outputs through the Listener tool. The Endeavor tool also experiences frequent downtime that causes tremendous problems for us. We’ve lost a potentially big-time bulk client because of such an issue.
