Overview of ShippingEasy Benefits

ShippingEasy makes it easy and affordable for online sellers to sell their goods through providing lower rates, especially via USPS. With the Order Sync feature, all orders from all sources are shown in one centralized location for greater control and supervision. Orders can be downloaded in real time from the stores as sales come in, as well as upload others orders via CSV. Every detail on each order is available so users can take a better look at each order, with the option to filter, sort, combine, or split them if needed.

PROS: We use Shipping Easy to ship our products. Its account is integrated with our store and this makes the process of shipping easily. Its customer team is really helpful and it helped us to set-up our packaging profiles. When orders are made we start to print labels and detailed packing lists. SE saves us lot of valuable time and allows us to expand our business without requirement of additional resources. We have complete confidence in this product.

CONS: I don’t have a list of dislikes about the product. At the beginning I didn’t want to take the live training because I thought I could learn it by myself, but at the end I’m happy I took the training. The system is extremely easy, and its support team show me some tricks and features so I can run the process easily.

PROS: ShippingEasy gives me complete control over my online shop. It helps me with the computations for my store's assets and liabilities too. It helps me be more transparent with my procedures and obtain accurate reports at the end of the day.

PROS: One of the best things about it is that it integrates smoothly with platforms such as Magento and eBay, thus making it easy for us to carry out the shipment of our orders. It sets us up with an efficient rates computation system so that our customers know just how much to pay too.

CONS: You need to fully input the dates on the search engine, otherwise, it automatically sets it to the '90s. This is a bit of a nuisance, but a minor one nonetheless.

PROS: Now, this is a product that truly lives up to its name--ShippingEASY. Out of all the shipping management software we've used in the past, this is by far the most uncomplicated, complete, and efficient to use. They have pretty responsive and helpful customer service personnel to boot. Lately, they've rolled out a new campaign launch tool, and we've already seen a significant increase in our conversion rates because of it. We're optimistic that this will play a much bigger role in boosting our revenue.

CONS: So far, I only have two complaints. First, it won't allow customers to add more than one package to each order. Second, when we've hit a higher tier of subscription in a given month (they base it on the number of shipments per month), it doesn't automatically downgrade back down to a lower tier in the succeeding month.

PROS: Shipping Easy has powerful and intuitive interface. The whole process of ordering and shipping is extremely easy, first my store gets orders then the information goes into SE page and at the end the product is ready for shipping. Whenever I change an order in SE I am reminded that the interaction to my store can be disrupted because of the changes I have made.

CONS: They need to improve its Connect Easy function for printing because it’s failing and then I need to reboot my PC in order to use this function again. Overall, the product is great and I can’t really find something that I don’t like.

PROS: ShippingEasy is wonderful product for our business and grows along with us. We don’t have to enter addresses manually for every shipping carrier’s website because this product does the job for us. It’s time-saving software and we also save in shipping costs as well. PROS: When we purchasing Shipping Easy its customer service guide us to their product and they explained everything about its functionality and options. They helped us the commerce plugin and with the transfer to wordpress. Its support team is very helpful and their agents are knowledgeable and always ready to help.

PROS: Shipping Easy offers automated importing and exporting while building websites. At the beginning we had various websites and we had to use various software in order to import them into one file, and that wasn’t all after the exporting we needed special team for training us so we can divide all tracking numbers, finally we have found SE and the whole process is now automated, there are no mistakes when it comes to import/export process.

CONS: We have experienced small issue when it comes to importing because we cannot include the shipping method for our stores because it imports only tracking number, date and cost. But it’s not big issue because the tracking number has shipping method itself.

PROS: With Shipping Easy we can easily create shipping labels and packing slips, it offers great integrations and I love how integrates well with our Shopify storefront. It does all the work for us, the process of creating items is with less effort and it helps us to properly mail the order. The website is intuitive and easy to use, the customer service is always available on the chat window. Whenever I face some issue they are always ready to help and guide me to the right place.

CONS: I couldn’t customize the packing slips the way I want. Its default design is basic. I wish I could better integrate photos, logo and other design elements into the packing slip in order to match our store branding. My advice is to first view the information directly and then to select the shipping method.
