What are the best aspects of this product?

It's really easy to use. Its got great shipping discounts that should suffice but how it's able to expedite shipping is simply amazing. Our shopping cart offers such similar built-in service that we can utilize for free (without jumping ship). Just about anyone who uses it has a number of good things to appreciate. As for me, I love everything it provides.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's missing an integration with HS code lookup when dealing with international shipments. It's a no-brainer since DHL, FedEX, and UPS were more than capable enough of doing it. At times, it would slog while in the middle of processing. This can be a problem when getting down to the wire before cutoff time. We had a hard time utilizing several postage services --- restricting us from getting to certain discount rates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Costs labor and postage have significantly dropped. The fulfillment department is no longer considered a cost center. Delivery precision has improved compared to our traiditonal manual system. It's a handy software for e-commerce that constantly refines our ability to profit and efficiency.
