An all-around product with excellent features and customer support.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've deployed ShipStaion to bigger Shopify stores. Turns out, they also love using it. It lets me operate on an enterprise shipping station without having to spend on any software or hardware. It only runs in your web browser. It's a great tool with automated weighing and printing features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Phone support would've been great. More options are needed when it comes to training. Bigger companies are tasked to pay more for added help from the ShipStation team when it comes to product usage and training. For the average individual, it's intuitive. But for someone who isn't familiar using computers, it'd be a boost to have somebody who can assist in using the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ShipStation is capable of letting our clients to ship in an easy and quick manner. They're able to do this via an enterprise-level software at a reasonable pricing.
