For a shipping platform, it has everything I need.

What are the best aspects of this product?

ShipStation has made it so much easier for our company to use it. Its UI is intuitive. Their tutorials and customer suppor has been excellent. I love how I'm able to depend on my team for responses. It's the customization that puts them ahead of the pack since you're able to tag, do automation protocols setup, define products, and instate just about anyt criteria you can think of to create an efficient way of handling shipping orders.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their ShipStation Connect happens to be the only glitch that I found in their system. It tends to drop off connecitivity on a whim and is never really that much reliable. I still have no idea when it could end up failing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted ShipStation in fulfiling e-commerce orders without hassles. ShipStation actually pulled through wonderfully. It saved us a lot of time and operates efficiently. Just about any issue it encountered has a viable solution. It would seem like ShipStation thought of solution for just about everything.
